Prashant's journey in the hospitality industry is a testament to the power of pursuing one's interests and passions. Despite completing his degree in computer science and starting his career with HDFC, Prashant found himself drawn to revenue management, an area of the hospitality industry that piqued his interest. This realization led him to work in a variety of roles starting from Praxis Services to top hotels such as Sayaji Hotels, Mayfair Hotels, Radisson Blu, Hyatt Hotels, and Marriott Hotels. Through his hard work and expertise, Prashant became an authority in revenue management, proving that a change in career path is possible with hard work and dedication.

As a techie by heart, Prashant brought his analytical mindset to the field of revenue management. He utilized his expertise in data analysis and technology to create innovative revenue management strategies for hotels, maximizing their revenue potential. In from  his free time, Prashant enjoys outdoor sports and travelling, demonstrating his love for adventure and exploration.

In November 2020, Prashant founded Playotel, a hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional services to guests. As an entrepreneur, Prashant brought his extensive knowledge in revenue management to create a successful business. However, he found that his passion for revenue management was not being fulfilled, which led to his next venture, 
Retvens.
